On April 30, 2024, 3252gringosbingo.80,000 subscription shares have been allotted and issued to Subscriber Agringosbingo;3252gringosbingo.80,000 subscription shares have been allotted and issued to Subscriber B; 16.264 million subscription shares have been allotted and issued to Subscriber C; and 20.168 million subscription shares have been allotted and issued to Subscriber D at a subscription price of HK$0.165 per subscription share.

The total and net proceeds from the subscription were approximately HK$16.7 million and HK$16.2 million respectively. The company intends to allocate the net proceeds for general corporate and working capital purposes.
